The fitter you are the more you will enjoy the whole experience of trekking in Thailand. For this challenge you will require reasonable fitness and strength. Any training programme should incorporate the elements listed below. You will need to be physically and mentally quite “robust” and confident in your ability to walk for 6+ hours a day, in order to complete this challenge.
