We ask that all participants train in preparation for this event as we will be cycling distances between 30 km and 105 km per day. Although on some days much of the terrain is flat, other days involve both uphill and downhill sections so you will need a good level of stamina and endurance to ensure that you make the most out of the challenge and enjoy the ride
