Kilimanjaro Challenge

Kilimanjaro Compressed

We have safely taken over 4,000 trekkers to the summit of Kilimanjaro. It remains one of the greatest adventures and most rewarding challenges out there - and achievable in a week or so off work! You can climb on the best 3 routes; Machame, Lemosho or Rongai.

What We Do Compressed

what we do

We have 40+ group departures each year & welcome individuals, couples, friends, families & colleagues. Some fundraise for their chosen charity, others just do it for the challenge! We also run bespoke trips for private groups, charities, corporate groups & schools.

Our Trips Compressed

our trips

Our challenges are all-inclusive of flights, accommodation, camps, meals & park fees. We provide an experienced UK Mountain Leader & Doctor on every climb, and a specialised local team. Our trips are run to the highest standards - and we celebrate at the end!

The Journey Compressed

the journey

The journey begins when you sign up. There's expert advice on training, kit, & medical requirements, and discounts at outdoor stores, on kit hire & travel clinics. You'll receive regular updates, as well as an invite to a challenge briefing at in London.

Summit Night Compressed

summit night

We wake just before midnight & re-fuel with a hot meal. After a final briefing, we're off into the cold night with head torches beaming - this is what we've been waiting for! With our Leader, Doctor & summit team, we edge up to the crater rim for sunrise, before the final push to the summit!

Training Weekends Compressed

training weekends

Good preparation is key! We run training days & weekends to help get in shape for your climb. These are in North/South Downs, Brecon Beacons, Peak District & Snowdonia. We also have a Snowdon night climb weekend to simulate your all important Kilimanjaro summit bid!

The majority of participants who join us on a Kilimanjaro Challenge have never done anything like it before and really do have a mountain to climb in every sense of the word. This is what makes our challenges special. Whether you choose to fundraise for a charity close to your heart, or climb to reach a personal goal, we can guarantee that you'll get the greatest sense of achievement on reaching the roof of Africa.

An average group size is 20-25 participants and we advocate the 'group experience' on all our challenges. The sense of camaraderie and team bonding is huge and aids in the success and enjoyment had by all. Many of our participants find they make friends for life out on the slopes of Kilimanjaro, and we can assure that you'll leave with long-lasting memories.
