Our training weekends are the best way to prepare yourself physically and mentally prior to tackling one of our Challenges, and they are a great way to meet other trekkers, the Action Challenge team and our fully qualified Mountain Leaders. They're also a brilliant excuse to also test out your kit and equipment on a mountain, against the elements!
We have a number of Training Weekends in the Peak District, Snowdonia and the Breacon Beacons spread across the year, from early Spring until September, so there should be a weekend to suit you. We also run Snowdon Night Time Summit weekends as a great way to prepare for the summit night on Kilimanjaro. They are also great for those taking on the 2-day Iceland Ultra Challenge in 2016!
