corporate challenges

why choose action challenge?

We have a proven track record of managing some of the best corporate challenges in the UK. Along with numerous Kilimanjaro summits with companies such as HSBC, Coutts, Glenfidditch, ICAP and Phones 4 U, we have run large, multi-day bespoke events for companies such as British Gas.

The 2012 British Gas Bike Britain was a nine day cycle tour across Britain from HQ to HQ, covering a staggering 760 miles. With 50 riders taking on the full nine days, and hundreds more joining them each day for individual stages; British Gas raised over £750,000 for their charity partner Great Ormond Street Hospital.

We have been working with corporate organisations for over a decade on challenge events across the globe, and have the expertise required to ensure that your event is a success, creates a real impact and a lasting effect on your business.

the benefits of a corporate challenge

An organisation's success depends largely on the quality of its relationships. Our corporate challenges provide a highly effective and unique way of forging, strengthening and renewing the relationships that really matter in your business.

You will find that a corporate challenge can provide the perfect way to fuel motivation, and unify either a new or an existing team. It will allow members from different areas of the company to interact and bond in a way that they couldn't in the professional environment. A challenge also acts as the perfect platform for leadership development. A trip to the summit of a mountain can provide a deep insight into an individual's capabilities and what motivates them. Such an incredible experience can someone with great personal and professional development that can feedback into the work place.

A corporate challenge also offers your business the chance to go beyond conventional hospitality, providing a highly emotive and memorable experience that allows you to really get to know you key customers and partners. You can take it a step further still to include your suppliers and business networks to create a real impact.

Of course, all of this can be linked to a 'Charity of the Year' fundraising programme. It will focus your group of challengers, benefit the community whilst also providing a fantastic PR opportunity, demonstrating that your company is meeting its social responsibility commitments.
