Charity Area - Ultra Challenge Series

Introducing the Ultra Challenge Series for 2017! Bigger & better with 5 fantastic events - the Isle of Wight Challenge, the London to Brighton Challenge, the Cotswold Way Challenge, the South Coast Challenge and the Thames Path Challenge (incorporating the Thames Bridges Trek). We hope that the 2017 Series brings even more participants and fundraisers for your charity! 

Promoting the Ultra Challenge Series

We need your charity to push and promote the series, and get more fundraisers for yourselves!

We are excited to now have the full marketing libarary up and ready for you to place on your charity's website to start recrutiting fundraisers for 2017! On this section of the website you will find  marketing copy for your website, images, logos & incentives to kick start your recruitment campaign!

Broken down by each event within the series you will find on this section of the website:

  • Generic, walkers & runners website copy - so attract both audiences with each event
  • Photos, logos & more - get them listed on your events calendars!
  • Copy for e-shots & social media pushes 
  • We've also got some great incentives & promotions running

2017 Participant Registration fees
... and minimum fundraising targets (for Listed Charities)

Full 100km Challenge
Registration fee - £70
Minimum fundraising target - £395

Half Challenge
Registration fee - £50
Minimum fundraising target - £275

Quarter Challenge
Registration fee - £40
Minimum fundraising target - £150

50% of fundraising is due 6 weeks before the Challenge. The remaining 50% is due 4 weeks after the Challenge.

Invoicing

6-8 weeks before the Challenge, we send you a list of your fundraisers and ask you how their fundraising is going.
You then accept everyone who has reached 50% of their target at this time and we will go ahead and invoice you for those places ONLY.
If a participant has not reached their target, you can cancel them from the challenge and we will not invoice you for their place - we would then offer them the self funding option.

Interested in becoming involved - as a Charity Partner?

We are looking to work with charites to push, promote and potentially partner with the Ultra Challenge series of events for 2017. Depending on your charity's ambitions around the Ultra Challenge series we have a range of partnerships available. 

  • Challenge Partners - partner with us across one, or multi challenges in 2017 
  • Listed Charities - become listed on our website & registration forms
  • Non-listed - accept fundraisers on an ad-hoc basis
