Generally the fitter you are the more you will enjoy the whole experience of trekking in the Annapurna region, as this is a moderate challenge. We will be trekking along forest paths and up into the lower areas of the Annapurna ranges. The terrain is undulating and there will be some long up and down hill stretches. It requires a reasonable level of strength, stamina and determination. Your training should incorporate aerobic (endurance building), anaerobic (strength building) exercises and some good long walks!
