Trekking the Himalayas is a tough challenge, but one that is very achievable with the correct training. It requires a reasonable level of strength, stamina and determination. The route includes a variation of steep climbs across the undulated terrain of mountain ridges and along rural forest paths. Your training should incorporate aerobic (endurance building), anaerobic (strength building) exercises and some good long walks! We have put together a training guide for your challenge.
