The route you will be trekking is through farmland and fields but there are periods that will involve steep and sometimes muddy climbs, which is why this has been classed as a moderate challenge. This is a very achievable challenge to complete but you will need a reasonable level of strength and stamina as well as being prepared for trekking in very warm weather. Your training should incorporate aerobic and anaerobic exercises as well as ensuring that you get a chance to get some decent treks in before we leave!
