The route which our itinerary follows is relatively flat with the occasional long incline. This is a moderate challenge and very achievable with the correct training. It requires a reasonable level of strength, stamina and determination and the ability to deal with the very warm weather. Your training should incorporate aerobic (endurance building), anaerobic (strength building) exercises and some decent cycles!
